Sample
development : |
MacLean takes care of developing
samples as per seasons latest
fashion trends. Depends on the
styles we'll confirm the lead
time for sampling and charges
for making the samples. On confirmation
of the orders we'll not claim
for the sampling charge. Our
minimums are 100 pcs per size
per colour. |
Sourcing
: |
Sourcing is another specialization
which our buyers always needed
from us in vender selection,
local material selection, pricing
strategies and assessment of
future developments. First the
buyer requirements are clearly
laid out as sketches, photography,
size-charts, pricing, delivery
etc. The manufacturers are evolved
of their expertise and capacity.

Scheduling
: |
Once the vendor been selected,
they will procced further with
Lab-Dips Strike offs,, fit samples
etc. We make sure that supplier
gets the pp samples approved
soon, So as to allow them to
procced for the bulk production.
Routine reports are send to
the buyer regarding the progress
of orders. We always maintain
a regular communication with
the Buyer, keep them well informed
about the progress of the goods
produced. Our wish is that the
Buyer should not be stranded
out once they confirm the Order.
Once the order is placed, MacLean
takes care of entire scheduling
of the production process and
ensures meeting delivery schedules.
We ensure our suppliers follow
consumer-safe and environment
safe methods of production.
We prohibit child labour in
all our supplier units. |

Quality Control : |

Inspection for quality control is what we started
with and stand specialized today. Believing that quality
should start from scratch and not to ensure at the end,
Maclean ensures every part of production into its quality
control measure.
Quality control and approval right from raw material
selection.
Personal collection of testing samples by our Q.C. personnels
and testing done by trained lab technician before bulk
production. For Kids wear, the garment and trims are
tested for Lead content, sharp edges and flammability.
Monitoring quality during production in every stage
with a team of qualified personnels. This is systematic
and regular process and approval for proceeding has
to be obtained by manufacturer in all stage. This is
verified by on line inspection, sending all status and
inspection reports to the buyers.
Final random inspection done by AQL(MIL-STD-105E sampling
plan, Normal Inspection Level) method or as per buyer
instruction.
